By this AGREEMENT, it is my intention to surrender and waive any rights to sue or exercise any legal right to seek damages from The Tiger Powersports LLC. and all other persons or entities acting on their behalf. This AGREEMENT shall be affecting and binding upon my heirs, agents, personal representatives and assigns.

You specifically agree to bear all risks associated with the use, possession, ownership and handling of the purchased product(s) and specifically agree not to commence any legal action against ATV Tiger Powersports claiming any liability of Tiger Powersports for any damages, loss, or expense of any kind, arising out of or resulting from your possession, ownership, use or handling of the Items sold whether such liability is based in tort, contract, or otherwise. Parental supervision is always suggested for all children under the age of 18. It is solely the owner’s responsibility to ensure that all users of any products always wear proper protective gear when riding, servicing or repairing any items sold and obey all laws.

I completely understand that there is absolutely NO Refunds or Exchanges on any Powersports products. Any Cancelation of orders and special orders must incur 20% restocking fees

Shipping Details

We currently DO NOT ship internationally at the moment.

You can check your order details by logging in our website by using the credentials which are sent to the email which you used while checking out. You will also receive email notifications about the status of your orders.

All orders require processing time in addition to shipping time.
All processing and shipping times are based on estimations and can not be guaranteed.
We use FedEx/USPS/UPS and others as the courier services to deliver the orders.
Street address is required to deliver the orders.
All products ship from our fulfillment centers located in different cities.

Refund & Return Policy.

There are no returns or refunds for any orders.
There is NO refunds for any shipping.
Refunds will be made only for defects or material nonconformity in products where the defect or material nonconformity is the result of our negligent acts, provided such refunds are requested in accordance with these terms. We have the sole discretion to remedy the defect or provide a full or partial refund in a reasonable amount of time. All customers requesting a refund must submit a timely Refund Request Form and adhere to its instructions. It is your sole responsibility to retain product packing, whether supplied by us or by you, for claims and substantiation. Once approved, refunds will be made in a reasonable time. In addition to the terms contained in the Refund Request Form, you acknowledge and agree that by requesting a refund, you are releasing us from any further obligations, whatsoever, with respect to your order.
All customers requesting a replacement must notify us, in writing, within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery of their order and must include photos that accurately depict the damage or other nonconformity. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that the damage or nonconformity is due to our sole negligence, then we will replace the damaged or nonconforming portion of your order. You acknowledge that there may be some variation in the product produced and the packaging and appearance of product given our manufacturing limitations, which variations will not constitute a defect or material nonconformity.
You acknowledge and agree that the policies set forth in these Terms contain your exclusive remedies with respect to nonconforming goods. Except as provided herein, all sales are final. You further acknowledge and agree that your strict performance under our return and replace policy is required in order to obtain any refund or replacement goods.
